Refund Policy

At Mythos & Mixers LLC, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while accounting for preparation and specialty materials purchased for your event.

Deposit & Refund Eligibility
Clients may request a cancellation and refund at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event date. If this requirement is met, the client will receive a full refund of the 50% holding deposit paid at the time of booking.

Deductions for Specialty Items
Mythos & Mixers LLC reserves the right to deduct costs incurred for any specialty or custom items purchased specifically for your event. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Decorations

  • Custom liquors or specialty beverages

  • Specialty drink toppers or garnishes

  • Any non-generic supplies that cannot be repurposed for future events

 

Cancellations Within 14 Days
Cancellations made fewer than fourteen (14) days before the event are non-refundable, as preparations and purchases will have already been made.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following cancellation confirmation. Any applicable deductions will be itemized and communicated to the client.
